It was excellent! Luke assessed the house and provided an accurate bid based upon what was needed to be done. He was 100% honest and upfront with the bid. I needed to have extra work done on the exterior with new insulation and Luke coordinated his efforts with the insulation company to ensure things got done in the proper order and on time. And Luke and his crew were super attentive to details and prep work. Everyone in the neighborhood has complimented the end product and I would definitely use Schwarzenberger Painting again. Can't speak highly enough of them!

Luke is very detailed oriented and he and his crew did excellent work. All the siding was replaced, the new siding was painted, and it looks fantastic. Luke was more than willing to work with us on scheduling, as we were also having the exterior walls' insulation replaced. He coordinated with the insulation company and everything was done just as promised. Always willing to answer any questions and notified me of issues that could not be seen during the bid process (such as wood rot underneath siding). Great experience with them and for sure will only call them for any painting needs.

I contracted Luke to paint two houses I own. He went above and beyond what I was expecting in his attention to detail in both houses. He used quality SW materials throughout the job. A few small issues I brought up were taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. The crew powerwashed, hand scraped, repaired wood rot, and replaced wood trim. Luke is a very good communicator and he spent more time on-site than the rest of his crew.

Luke Schwarzenberger came by the Friday before to verify paint color as I was matching the color of the first floor. We discussed in detail and clarified questions. Luke had accommodated me with two quotes breaking out different parts of the project so I could decide what I wanted done based on cost. He had checked my wallpapered bathrooms and agreed he could seal the seams and paint over it giving me the desired look for less than cost of removing wallpaper (as it was not sized when it was put up).
Work took about 6 days total. He and one other painter worked to accomplish the job. They began in the stairwell and worked in the upstairs first. Luke was very conscious of arranging the area so we could get in and out of the bedroom. He was very careful to minimize disruption to the household. They prepped the rooms carefully. Sealed the seams on the wallpaper. Fixed any damage to the wallboard and trim. The basement was painted last. We had damage to the walls from ping pong balls and he made sure to repair each dent before painting. The clean-up is always excellent as they were careful to cover and remove trash daily.
The rooms look great. The wallpaper seams were covered with great skill and although the paper was dark the tinted primer and paint completely covered it. I added a couple of small additions to the paint job on the fly and was accommodated with little additional charge. He is always good about allowing a walk through before requesting payment. I was very happy with the results in every room.
Most importantly, I find Luke and the painters he uses to be courteous, professional and efficient. This is the second or third time I have used this company. I am comfortable having them in my home. I trust them.

This was the fifth time Luke came to our home to perform painting services. By that statement alone you can tell that we really think highly of him and his professionalism. Luke arrived on time and performed the work as agreed upon, over the phone. He took great care to ensure that our Hardwood floors were covered. He primed the necessary areas and applied the proper amount of paint. Upon completion of the work Luke cleaned up his work area and left no evidence that he was ever there other than the freshly painted items. We'll continue to patronize Luke as long as we have painting needs. He will be our first and only call.

He gave us the estimate and start date right away. Everything went according to schedule. Luke and his employees were very professional, punctual, and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect.
