+ -1 moreThe salesman RJ sent to inspect our roof and provide a quote for replacement seemed better qualified to sell used cars than roofs, because he didn't identify the true problem that caused our roof to fail prematurely, while at the same time he tried to scam us for tear-off of a double roof at additional cost. (Since we had the home built, we knew it was never re-roofed. But, he insisted it had.) His quote was by far the highest of all four contractors who quoted our job. And, he was the least thorough in quoting a replacement system that would perform better than our original roof that failed due to improper installation by the builder. The icing on the cake was the high pressure sales pitch to close a deal. RJ is definitely a "no go."
Description of Work: Remove old residential roof and install a new roof.
