They come out regularly to spray the outside of the house for bugs. They come do the inside when we call and set up an appointment. Overall have been good to work with.

It went great. The representative was on time, very knowledgeable, addressed the issues we had and gave us advice on how to prevent future problems. All in all a very positive experience. I suspect we're going to be Pete's customers for quite a while.

We've been really impressed. Their call back services is great. If we notice any sort of pest, they come out quickly to cover the inside as part of their annual agree. This is our second year and we haven't seen a pest yet!

Yearly contract and they come out quarterly. I've been using them for 3 years. I had to get a termite inspect on a refinance on my home. I call them and they came out within 2 hours and did it. They are very responsive. They have a product that is like a blown in insulation that's treated for pest control. I had that put in my attic. It reduced my utility bills and we don't see any silverfish or any bugs like that in the house. Very professional techs.

Their solution has worked. There has been a significant decrease in the number of bugs and spiders in the house - my house was like a rain forest. They are much more affordable than the name brand pest control companies and very responsive. Its been a few months and we haven't had to call them out for a follow up visit.

Pete's was outstanding. They responded quickly to my call. Upon arrival, they explained to me what they were going to do, what to expect, and how they would follow up during their annual treatment plan. They have done everything they said they would plus all my bug problems have been addressed! Pete's is a great company to work with - you can't go wrong.

These guys are very reasonably priced and have done a very good job. It is worth doing the yearly contract where they come out three times a year and anytime between that free of charge. We have had carpenter ants/spiders/wasps/silver fish. Their initial spray knocked out everything except for the carpenter ants. I had them come back, free of charge, and they were able to use a stronger spray geared more towards carpenter ants. Since then, we have not seen any ants. They explained if we see any more in the next week, to call back and they'll do a treatment in the walls. Both times they have been very professional, on time, and knowledgeable.

My tax accountant saw what I was spending with Orkin and recommended I try Pete's Pest Control, who was also a client of my tax accountant.  I signed up for yearly service with Pete in the summer of 2014.  They did a few treatments.  In the spring of 2015, I had ants in my kitchen.  in 5 years with Orkin, I never had a single ant.  Pete's came out and treated for ants.  They were gone for a few weeks, then they came back.  I've left 4 messages on their office machine in the last week, but nobody would call me back.  Finally I called Pete, the owner, today.  Pete immediately got defensive, interrupted every time I attempted to speak, told me that their phones were out.  I repeated that I left 4 messages.  His response:  "our phones are out, what do you want me to do, send smoke signals?"  I was shocked.  I said I didn't expect such animosity.  I have yearly service, and I want my house treated.  Pete accused me of calling to yell (I did not yell).  Again, I said I wanted my house treated for bugs.  Pete continued with the verbal abuse until I finally told him I wanted a refund for the rest of the annual contract.  Bottom line:  I NEVER should have switched from Orkin to Pete's Pest Control.  I am SHOCKED at the unprofessional, aggressive, nasty attack I received from Pete, the owner.

.They are really good and they come when their suppose to and we're happy with them. They only spray outside because we have birds and they are very sensitive to chemicals
