Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
I ordered a Mother's bracelet for my daughter 3 years ago for my first grandchild. ($50) I had a second strand added two years ago and was pleased with the result for my next grandchild ($50 more). The whole bracelet was polished and looked very nice. I contacted them to add my latest twin granddaughter's to the bracelet (two more strands). The bracelet was not completed on time, in fact, I had to wait over three weeks longer than the provided completion date. When I got the bracelet in the mail it was poorly assembled, the first strands unpolished and the new strands were not connected well. This $200 piece of costume jewelry was not worth it. I could have invested the same amount in a real piece of nice jewelry rather than this sentimental piece of junk. This was an extremely disappointing experience.
