Our brick walkway to our home and some of our steps needed to be repaired. The guys from Outlook were polite, arrived on time every day and answered all my questions about the project. We were pleased with the results and would hire Outlook again.

Outlook Hardscapes did an incredible job on our flagstone patio! Matt came when he said he would to look at the project, sent me the bid when he said he would for the job, and his team started working and completed The job when he said they would. The team did an outstanding job in cutting and laying the flagstones to create a really beautiful patio! You could tell that they took a lot of pride in their work. They communicated well on timing and The status of the project. We thought the price was very reasonable for all the work and quality job they did. We would highly recommend them.

The job itself was great. The crew was professional and easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again. There was some delay from the time we agreed on the price in mid April until the work was done the week of 6/22. The delay was due to the weather/rain in May which backed up Matt’s crew and not his fault. However, the communication could have been better. I had to email and text to get updates as to when our project would begin.

Matt, Randy and their crew were absolutely AMAZING. They gave us a fair price, answered all of our question, and explained everything up front. Once we had the bid, the COVID-19 stuff happened and then the crummy weather, but their team was able to get out here and do the job. It took about a week as expected. The completed job ended up looking wonderful. Work like this is bound to have some effects on grass and other landscaping, but they filled in the necessary top soil and left everything looking great - down to the smallest details. I would not think twice about having his team come out and do other jobs. You cannot go wrong here! Thanks Outlook!

The Outlook crew were very experienced and were able to deal with some difficult issues with my property. They made good suggestions and coordinated with other contractors. We are very happy with the appearance of our paver patios, and recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with smart dependable people who listen to what you want and make it happen.

GREAT!! I was thoroughly pleased. They suggested I expand the patio in one area and they were right. It looks better and I have more space for my patio table. They did above and beyond what I expected since they found a dead animal under my steps. I can't say enough good about the workers. They did the gutter/drain work that I needed without being asked. Matt was an excellent manager of the project with continual availability and a good listening ear. I had several bids on the job, with a rough cut idea of what I wanted for the patio, and he was the only one who responded with a scaled draft of the project. The visual really helped to solidify the vision. Other companies offered services that were either too extensive and unnecessary, while over priced, or were not extensive enough, but still cost the same. These guys are professional concrete layers, they had perfect slopes to direct the water appropriately, and their masonry was phenomenal with perfectly patterned stones with beautiful contoured edges. These guys were the best for the job, very honest, well priced, providing quality work, and workable with changing plans and ideas. With any job, and any company, I encourage all consumers to be in constant communication to ensure that your ideas and concerns are voiced and met with understanding in the construction process.

Matt and his crew did a fine job in restoring our brick patio and designing a new layout. He and his crew were on time and completed the job as promised for a reasonable price. We are enjoying our patio and would hire them again.

This service was on an historic property, and I wanted a contract that could work with a non-typically setting with the quality and appearance found in historic homes. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and quality. The project took longer than expected, but the quality and detail was worth it.

Hired Outlook to build a walkway from our driveway around the side of our house to back patio (slopes quite a bit so needed stairs). Matt came out right away (in the snow!) to review job, draw up plans, and make recommendations on the type of pavers and style of walkway. When project started in spring, the 2 employees did an amazing job working on all the details. It was obvious that they take a lot of pride in their work and the walkway is beautiful. The walkway was built 2 years ago and still looks like new. I plan to hire them again for another project. Would (and have) highly recommend Outlook Hardcape.
