The hole is closed/drywalled but popcorn texture was not added nor blended. You can see the patch work from 30 feet away. It looks terrible. The first question I asked when I got home is when are they coming back to finish the job? I couldn't believe someone would leave a job "as finished" with it looking like this. Now I have to hire another company to finish the job or do it myself.

It was great! There is a temporary board to support gate if opened by one person in place until the tub is installed and gate can be screwed closed.

I had 8 posts that had rotted at just below ground level. All were cemented in place. I replaced the fence sections, but not the posts, about 10 years ago, myself. I'm no longer healthy enough to do this kind of labor. Bud came out as quickly as I could prepare for him, 3 days after accepting his bid. He was right on time both days. Very friendly and courteous. He did an excellent job at a fair price.

I needed some deck repair on my home, I had a lot of wood rot. Mr. Handyman was prompt, courteous, and very professional. The work turned out great , and the technician I had was wonderful. I would recommend.

Everything went pretty well. But the first time it rained, I woke up to my stove being full of water. Long story short, the vent isn't sealed well and it leaked all night long. Called them to see if someone could come fix it, but never got a call back.

Not Good! I hired Mr. Handyman to fix a privacy fence. I was told the fence was solid and just needed a few planks replaced as well as a new post to secure the portion that was knocked down. I asked that the gate be adjusted as well. I was told the gate could be "tightened up". When I checked on the work, I found that the gate had been adjusted on one side. It was uneven and would no longer latch. I contacted the company. The response was, "the fence is old and needs replaced." If the fence was not able to be repaired then that is what I should have been told. Instead, they took my money and left a mess. I was told that the technician explained all this to my mother (fence is in her yard) however, my mother didn't hire them. I did. I was not contacted about any issues. I did speak with the office. The office staff ended up yelling at me because I was upset. They could not understand why I was angry. When I spoke with Marc, he said that the gate was not on the estimate and that I talked to him about it on the phone. I talked to him in person at the time of the estimate. I don't appreciate being told I am a liar. I was also told that the tech talked to my mother about the gate before he left. She has no recollection of this. The gate was left a mess. Someone was sent out to make it right if possible. If not, then they want more money to rebuild the gate. No thanks. We'll see how it goes. I do not recommend this company for any repairs.

It went very well. They provided an estimate and they scheduled a date. Their men arrived on time, worked all day, and did a great job. I am very satisfied and the final bill was less than the estimate! I would highly recommend them to others.

The customer service has been great as I have used them for 3 different jobs. In addition to the quality customer service the workmanship is quality, priced fairly, and technicians are on time. I would recommend them for any of your handyman needs.

From the very beginning the communication was excellent with the front office. The scheduling was prompt and they worked around my schedule.
