They were very prompt. I called them one afternoon and they were able to come out the following day. Once they arrived, they identified the problem really quickly and had the necessary parts so they were able to make the repair. They repaired it and got the area clean afterwards. I was impressed by all of that. I thought that their quotes were in line, they were not exorbitant in their prices. They did quality work and didn’t gouge me. They provided as they stated they would have.

Jake was very good. He was very honest, helpful and professional. He gave us knowledgeable recommendations about products that we needed. When he got stuck on a job, he called us right away to let us know that he would be late.  He was a very nice young man.

I have worked with them for over 10 years now. They didn't charge us anything because it was a small repair.

The person who comes from here has always given me good service. They started 10 years ago and they have grown since then. The person who comes is very personable, competent and their charges are not out of line. Overall they are good.

WE HAVE USED MO-KAN BEFORE WHEN THERE WERE PARTS TO BE REPLACED ON A REFRIGERATOR. IN THAT INSTANCE, THE REPAIRS WERE DONE QUICKLY, CLEAN UP WAS MINIMAL AND THE CHARGES REASONABLE. WE REALLY APPRECIATED KELLY'S CANDID APPRAISAL OF THE MOST RECENT SITUATION WITH OUR WASHER. HE WAS ON TIME AND ALMOST APOLOGETIC ABOUT HAVING TO CHARGE US A SERVICE CALL. NICE GUY.

THE MO KAN REP SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS COURTEOUS. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS ABOUT RAISING THE UNIT SO I COULD BUILD UP DIRT AROUND THE FOUNDATION AND GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE.

THE TECH WAS ON-TIME AND FAIRLY POLITE. HOWEVER, HE MADE A JUDGMENT ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE DRAIN PAN UNDER THE COILS VERY QUICKLY WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO LOOK AT THEM. HE DIDN'T GIVE US MANY OPTIONS FOR REPAIR, JUST INSISTED THAT REPLACEMENT WAS NECESSARY. TECH WORKED QUICKLY, BUT PERHAPS TOO QUICKLY TO GET A THOROUGH PICTURE OF THE PROBLEMS. PRICE QUOTED FOR REPLACEMENT SYSTEM WAS HIGHER THAN SOME OTHER QUOTES, SO I PROBABLY WON'T HIRE THEM TO REPLACE THE SYSTEM.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 6 YEARS. SCOTT THE TECHNICIAN IS VERY RELIABLE AND POLITE. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, WHICH INCLUDES YEARLY FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER CHECKS. PLUS, WE HAD TO PAY NO SERVICE CHARGE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE HUMIDISTAT.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND RESPONDED TO MY TIME FRAME. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FIXED MY PROBLEM WITHIN 20 MINUTES. HE HAD TO REWIRE A BAD SWITCH.
