Easy and quick to schedule; often last minute works out. The same ladies show up (team #4 are mine!) , and they are very friendly. Always come in and get right to work! They are very aware that we are paying by the minute.

We have enjoyed coming home to a clean house. The ladies do a great job! We are were extra impressed with the time they took to clean the floor.

We have used Mini Maids for several years. Team #3 is now cleaning our home in Basehor. I can always rely on them to clean, vacuum, change sheets on the beds, dust the blinds, or anything else needing to be done. They are reasonably priced too! it is always a pleasure to walk in after a long day to a freshly cleaned house! They are the best!

It went perfectly--as it always does. I've been meaning to write this review for several weeks now. I guess my delay has its advantages for purposes of the review helping others: We've been using Mini Maid for a few months now and each week has been consistently excellent in both the cleaning itself and the delivery of the service. Angelica, Dora, Maria, Stephanie, and other members of Mini Maid Team #1 are just that--Number 1! We highly recommend asking for them. Mini Maid also has worked with us the couple times we needed to get off the normal Friday weekly routine due to travel and other events and the other teams have been consistent with our Team #1. We just like our normal team, on our normal day, best. They also do a great job with doing a special extra-cleaning project when needed (like recently our range hood--which WAS kind of gross. Now it's not.) or giving extra attention to ceiling fans or baseboards, for example, when we ask. They are always prompt. Be prepared, too, that if you need to do your decluttering ahead of their arrival, that in our case, they usually come near the beginning of the given time range. That is only a minor challenge sometimes and due only to our own tendency to be behind in the AMs AND our preference for having our cleaning on Friday mornings. That being said, they always call a day ahead to confirm the arrival window and have been super about accommodating if we need to adjust to later in the morning or even midday (and yet they still always get us taken care of that same day, usually with our same team). We simply wonder each week why we waited so long to do this. Even my husband, who is given to focusing on the literal cost of services we COULD do for ourselves, now sees that it's about "opportunity cost" instead and he is ALL-IN on coming home on Fridays to a pristine house so we can feel fine about crawling around in the floor with the kiddo. And our floors are so clean now, we even started leaving our shoes at the door and it's really amazing how clean they stay. We're not like grubby people or anything but wow--what a difference! Couldn't be happier. TG(and Mini Maid)IF!

Perfection! What can I say? For over two years Sherri< Elizabeth and the rest of the team have been cleaning my house every other week (and sometimes more). I shopped for a cleaning service for about a year trying to find a good fit and I tried several services along the way. Mini Maid did the trick and I've never looked back. I've been completely satisfied since the first cleaning. Everyone both on the cleaning team and in the office are professional, friendly, trustworthy and prompt. The cleaning job is superb and I love the way the house looks, smells and feels when they are finished. They even put up with my barking dogs, who should know them well by now! Thank you Mini Maid of Johnson County for a seamless experience that makes my life easier instead of more difficult.

This is probably the best money I spend each month. What kind of a price can you put on being able to spend time playing with your kids on the weekend instead of spending all that time cleaning? I'm a working mom of two toddlers and have literally no time during the work week to get any housework done. Having MiniMaid come each month honetly saves my sanity. I tend to be a tough critic (because surely no one can clean my house as well as I can), but Team 2 was there last week, and I literally could not find anything they could have improved on. I was so impressed! Every time MiniMaids comes, it reiterates to me that that money is very well spent each month. I have also had experience dealing with scheduling, they have also been very professional and accommodating each time I've talked to them. I've tried other local cleaning services, and MiniMaids has been consistently impressed me.

We used Mini Maids (Team 4: Araceli, Rebecca, Alba, Ramona) for a deep clean prior to our second child's arrival and they did an absolutely wonderful job! I cannot recommend this team enough. Incredibly thorough and friendly.

They were cery professional and did a good job. The came a little early and we were away from our home and almost had to reschedule because they did not want to wait. We felt this was a bit odd since it was earlier than the range they reported, but in the end they waited and got the job done.

I was very very satisfied with how the team of Cecilia, Claudia & Angelica cleaned my house. They did a very good job & was very courteous. I now plan on having Mini Maid clean my house regularly in the future. Great job!
