Everything went smoothly. Walked in, got measured. Was contacted when Tux arrived. No problems with pickup or return.

They were medium pricewise. The quality of their tuxedo was fine. When we went in there, the salesman kind of tried to pressure us into renting a more expensive tuxedo that we did not want. I guess you could kind of call it a high pressure sales.

They fixed a tuxedo that did not fit and had it backed up right away. The groomsmen were able to pick up their tuxedo, fitted it and made sure it was right. They did not have to rush. Their price was reasonable and we even got a discount.

They called me a monstrous. There were many issues. They said last minute that they did not have sizes for people that had already been in, then said the colors were not available in the sizes we needed for the wedding after they assured they did. They send the tuxes to the wrong place for my out of town guests. In the end they wanted me to pat them on the back for them coming through even though it was all their errors. I would never recommend them.

They're reasonable prices. They have a good service. It's a chain.

I've been doing the highschool uniforms in our school, buy tuxedos and they have been really great with us. They were very professional and helpful. The store manager came out and measured the students of the highschool and he didn't just come out once, he came out four times. Evidently, he has been like this every year and they're just a really good company. I think they charge a fair price and when some of the shirts didn't fit. they let me bring them back. They were just really nice people. Their staff was incredibly nice, they were just really friendly and kind people especially when you're dealing with circumstances, they were all very, very great. That store in particular was really great. We will continue using them at the highschool definitely.

They let me rent the tuxedos in one loaction and return them to a different location. They were really easy to work with.

Their service is superior. It's nice going in there because they know exactly what to do and how to help their customers.

They have a good choice and were well priced. I had a problem were it was shipped from Texas, so he arrived late and also gave us a discount. He was supposed to pick it up in the morning but he only arrived in the afternoon.

They were good, very courteous staff. They made suggestions and try to make everybody match and offered different options. They're easy to work with.

The three tuxedos came in and one of the shirts had a small tear in it. They said it was no problem and that they had an extra shirt. They went and got a different shirt. On the day of the wedding we noticed that it was of a different color than the other two. It was not a big deal, but it was not perfect either. The two ladies that work in the store to take our orders are just wonderful. Nobody sits around doing nothing in that store. Their teamwork is incredible.

They weren't honest about making the mistake. They said the crease might come out. It didn't happen on all of the pants. My husband had to make several trips. They have the pants and were to call 2 weeks ago.
