It went really well. The first early spring application made a big difference. I could tell right away how the weeds were dying and the grass so much greener. Very pleased with the Lawn Care. Would recommend it to my friends without hesitation.

Their service is great and it is a great bargain. They do exactly what they say they will do and I have no complaints.

I called and left a message that I wanted a quote for the work.  Jeff Taylor returned my call the same day.  Jeff was able to review the job and leave an estimate the next day.  I called Jeff back within a few days and spoke at length about the job to gain an understanding of what I could and could not expect.  Jeff responded to all of my questions and I clearly understood that he was subject matter expert. Jeff requested I spray a few areas with RoundUp in order to kill some nuisance weeds and grass.  He was more than willing to do it, but this saved me some money.  I agreed to the work and scheduled an appointment.
I called Jeff a few days before the appointment to confirm.  Jeff and his crew showed up on time and completed the work.  They used state of the art, modern equipment which ensured that I would get a high germination rate.  I watered as directed.  Generally, I had great results.  There were a few areas that did not germinate as well which I knew was possible.  Jeff was willing to return to reseed these areas since I watered as required.  Instead, I asked him to leave me a few pounds of seed so I could do it myself as needed.
At present, the yard looks great with a few thin areas.  There are a lot of broadleaf weeds that also germinated which is predictable when the soil is verticut.  I plan to spray the weeds but want to wait a while consistent with the instruction sheet that Martz provides.  I will probably have to spot seed in the spring, but considering the size of the yard this is minimal.  I can't wait to see how this seed blend works next season.  I requested a drought tolerant blend even though I have a sprinkler system to keep watering costs down.
I did mark the price as a "B" because I know that I could get this service done at a lower price.  Considering the professional advice and Jeff's expertise, I didn't want to find out what a lower price actually got me.  I won't shop around the next time I need fall renovation and will hire Martz, period.  I like doing my own lawn application as a hobby, but if I ever get tired of doing it, I will hire Martz.

Martz Bros Lawn Care Inc did a fine job. I think they only do commercial and not residential. They did my  3rd division and as well as my yard for 15 years. I started using them when I was tired of mowing my yard. They have always done the work to my expectations. They were very good and they always tipped us and all that.

They do a very good job.  They make sure that you know what they are doing and what you should expect to see with your yards.  Eric the person that does our yard is very helpful and explains everything to us. Very easy to work with.

Jeff from Marz Bros. was the only one out of three companies that I called to actually come out and LOOK at my lawn to see what I needed.  The others just pulled up the square footage of my lot online and gave me a quote without taking the time to evaluate my lawn.  Jeff came out and did a fantastic job and left me detailed instructions on how to care for my new lawn.  Since having the work done I've been very impressed at how much better my lawn looks.  I'm looking forward to having them help keep my lawn healthy and green next year as well.

The way I found this Company was that they were treating the lawn at the Church I attended and I was impressed with their work at the Church.  So I contacted them to get a bid for my lawn and I found the bid acceptable and competitive, so I contraced with the for the year.

I have been very happy with them.  They are thorough, prompt, and helpful.

They do excellent work.  I have used them for years.  They provide excellent personal service.

 I recently bought another property next door to my home. It has always had a bad lawn with weeds. After the first treatment it started to look as nice as my lawn. They offer a 5% discount if you pay for a year's service in advance. I figure that is better use of my money than any bank will do.

Good company and good people. Come out about 5 times a year. Plan to continue using their service.

THE SAME TECHNICIAN HAS TREATED OUR LAWN FOR 3 YEARS. BAD SPOTS WILL BE RE-TREATED WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT. OUR LAWN HAS NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD.
