Kitchens Baths & Unfinished Furniture

I purchased the vanity and requested to have it painted. When the vanity came in, the quality of the work was very poor. Throughout my conversations with the provider, I felt as though they were trying to upsell us the entire time. I requested to have a second vanity, as the first was so poor in quality. All of the doors were crooked and the margins were all off. When the second vanity came in, the quality did not improve. I requested to speak with supervisors, the owner, and to get the companies corporate office phone numbers. I have not been given this information I requested at all and have not received a call back. This entire situation has been very frustrated and I am not at all satisfied with the end result.

When we ordered they said 4 - 6 weeks which would work out great for our planned vacation.  We were going to remodel our master bathroom while on vacation.  They called the week before our vacation and said the cabinets were in.  The next week, Monday, I called to schedule a pick up.  I was then informed that one of the cabinets was damaged but the replacement would be in the next day Tuesday.  We are putting in a tile floor so we proceeded with tearing out the bathroom.  Did not hear anything Tuesday stating the replacement cabinet was in so Wednesday I called and was informed that it did not come in.  I asked when it would be in and they were not sure, probably next weeks shipment.  I asked them to check on it.  Never heard back and left message with answering service for a call back.  Nothing.  Stopped by on Friday and spoke to Kate in person. The other person working in the store would not even look at us.  I felt she was feeling guilty over this situation and did not want to deal with us.  Asked Kate about our cabinet and now it will be 2 weeks.  When I asked why I was told it would be in this week she informed me that when they reordered the damaged cabinet they did not check the order and the wrong cabinet came in, their mistake. I asked why I was not notified and their only response was 'a miscommunication'.  They did not offer anything for our incontinence in this matter, just that they were sorry and it was their mistake.  Now our bathroom remodel is in limbo while we wait for our 1 cabinet.  I will update when and if we get the other cabinet.  I will never use them again, they have no regards for their customers.

provided personal kitchen design and ordered cabinets. all went well to that point. we had problems with the installer they recommended. they did not install correctly, in addition the corner cabinet was not built square. they would not come out to the work site to see the problems. kept deflecting. we ended up having to pay our general contractor to reinstall cabinets correctly, thus out about $2000, and have an corner cabinet that isn't square. didn't have the time to wait six more weeks to get corrected (would have a kitchen, because it would hold up our granite install as well for six weeks,etc.) thus, we wouldn't recommend or do business with them again.

These guys are great!! From start to finish they made this a wonderfull experience. We shopped around a lot and Kitchens-Baths & Unfinished Furniture by far had the best quality cabinets for the money. We were able to get ALL WOOD custom kitchen cabinets for less than ones made with particle board from Home Depot and Lowes. When you combine that with their wholesale pricing on granite, tile, labor and plumbing fixtures, we saved over $5,000.00 from the next closest bid we received. They were prompt and courteous and unlike other companies we spoke with they got back to us right away. Their designer and project coordinator Kate was incredible! She listened to us and created our dream kitchen. We will be going back soon to do our bathrooms next.
