He was on time, and did a good job

I got a call about 10 minutes after requestinga quote online. Set up the appointment and they came out the next day! Super clean workers, no mess and they waited while we went to get a fixture at the store due to the one we had bought did not fit our sink. Very nice, professional and I felt very comfortable/safe while they were in my home. I will use them for other plumbing projects in the future. Their price was very reasonable.

I wasn't sure what my issue was but he determined it was my main line, which he doesn't do. In the process, he discovered there was a problem with my garbage disposal and he replaced it for me for a reasonable price. He was on time, friendly, and he worked quickly. He also gave me helpful information about the maintenance of my main line and gave me a good idea about what I was going to need to do to get it taken care of. If I ever have any other plumbing issues, besides my main line, I would most definitely call KC Metro Plumbing for the job.

LJ Slavens from KC Metro Plumbing is a nice man who seems honest and gives you a fair deal at a fair price. He finished the work in a timely manner and everything is working fine. I would call him again.

LJ was great! He completed the job 2 days early! He left the area cleaner than he found it. I was very pleased with him throughout the entire process.

Immediately after my plumbing problem was solved I had a valve go bad on my washing machine. The repairman said something inside the pipes was probably knocked loose from the plumbing work so I ended up with another $160 bill. But to their credit he did come out to make sure there was nothing he could do, his work was done well, and he was the only one that called me back at all. He responded very fast like almost immediately and was at my door at 7:30 the next morning to fix my fast drip. So although I am unhappy at the flood in my basement and the extra bill I got, I may have had the same thing with any other plumber.

LJ completed the job on his first visit. We had a hose break loose from a jacuzzi tub jet and he didn't have the materials to reglue that was recommended on the motor so he went and bought the correct materials and fixed the hose.
