LJ was very fast in his response, courteous, and did clean work. My husband works nights and they even went out of their way not to disturb him as they worked. The pricing was a little high, but I'd like to think you get what you pay for in plumbing. The invoice was slow to come (we paid at the time of service, got the invoice several days later after we inquired about it) and lacked detail, but that doesn't take away from the good work they did installing our new water heater.

I thought we had a quality guy. It was a very minor job. He arrived promptly when he said he would and did the work he said they would. He was in and out.
