LJ and his team worked on our remodel project several times over the course of four months. He was straight forward about what projects would entail and the costs. They presented a professional appearance and manner, and delivered quality work. Very pleasant to work with. They maintained a clean work environment and made sure all trash and debris were disposed of before they left. We would definitely recommend!

I was contacted immediately by this "Pro" when I finished my request. Water heater was replaced the following day. Very professional and friendly. Did extra little job I requested at last minute. Total time less than 3 hours.

Had a leaky kitchen faucet. These guys worked on it for awhile, fixed the leak...provided my options for next steps. After discussing with them, we have ordered a new faucet & will have them professionally install it.

He repaired my busted pipe in weather to cold for a polar bear. I have found my plumber!!!

I originally called KC Metro for a frozen pipe. He advised me to turn the water off and wait until the temperature increased during the day as forecasted. He called me later in the day and instructed me how to determine whether the pipe had ruptured. It hadn't. As he had suggested, this procedure saved me money. I called him in to repair water hammer problem that turned out to be a problem with a toilet. In one hour he had repaired the toilet with a new float valve, clapper and the problem supply line valve. $195 complete. Courteous and professional. KC Metro will be my plumber in the future.

I was contacted almost immediately after posting the request. It was evening by the time LJ made it out to the property but I was impressed that he was willing to do so in order to get the work done that same day in spite of his busy schedule. He repaired three toilets and a leak under the kitchen sink. I am out of town and have not yet had a chance to personally examine the work done, but have not had any negative reports from the tenant. At this time I have to assume that the work was done correctly and that there were no issues. I have used KC Metro in the past with similar good experience.
