From the initial phone call to owner LJ and upfront pricing and ability to come the same day was fantastic. Kyle was the installer and was not only professional, he was also very personable, and I enjoyed his company as well as his excellent work! Turned out the main sump was not working correctly and they were able to get a new one installed at the same time as the battery backup system that I was originally asking for to be installed in a very tight and complicated sump pit. You can bet if I ever have a plumbing issue I will turn to these guys in a heart beat!

LJ does excellent work. He always double checks to make sure every job is correct with no leaks. We have used his service for many years and he is always the plumber we call.

Kyle is the best. Very friendly, and has completed some really tough jobs for me in the past. Today he replaced my water heater, and found a small gas leak the gas company couldn't find. Awesome, timely, professional work at fair prices. They always remember me also which is nice. Highly recommend.

KC Metro Plumbing replaced my old cast iron with PVC. It was a big job and they kept me informed every step of the way. I had gotten other estimates on the job before but what influenced my decision was the thoroughness of the inspection and recommendations that made sense if all of the plumbing was getting replaced. Great people and great work.

My kitchen sink was clogged on 1 side and leaking on the other. I had a different plumber come out to look at the leaking side and that company didn't even look at the leak before giving me a quote that was really high. When the other side of the sink clogged up I called KC Metro Plumbing. They were very helpful. On the phone they were respectful and let me explain what was happening. It was very busy for them but they were able to get to me the next day. The son came out and was courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to me and actually got down and looked at the problem. The sink on both sides were fixed and I haven't had a problem since. Thank you for helping me.
