I am a widow with 2 minor children I am raising on my own. I ask them to give me an estimate on replacing a 26 inch section of gas piping and taking the gas line off a second hot water heater and putting a cap on it. The estimate was $175 not having a man in the house that was a lot of money but i needed it done not know if it was fare. After getting the job done and getting the check. He informed me I needed to have other work done at a charge of $595.00 witch made the work he done for 175 not needed for the $175 the part was only about $20.00 at home depot and they used a cap that i bought. The work for $595. only about $75.00 in material and about an hour of work. I would not use them again i feel he took advantage of a single woman and yes i should try to know more about how much a project should cost but i would hope the person would be more honest.

Excellent service and workmanship

It was a father/son team. They did a great job and explained that if I needed a battery backup for my new sump pump, I could get that at a later time. They were very honest and very professional. I would recommend Larry and his son Kyle if you need plumbing work done.

All I wanted was a faucet replaced. I even bought my own faucet. We called Bob Hamilton (charged us $50 just for coming out) - they wanted $488 to install our faucet. While the Bob Hamilton guy was in our home I went online and found KC Metro Plumbing. I sent in a request for a bid; got an immediate response (5 pm on a Friday!). Kyle and his Dad were out in less than an hour and installed our new faucet for...$150!!! They are great guys. Very polite and super clean. RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!!!

They were great! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgable guys. Fixed the problem and after they left the area it was neat and clean.

LJ is outstanding to work with! He does what he says he will at a very reasonable price. He is funny and a great all around guy. We have already hired him again and got to meet his son on the project. They work great as a team and will definitely hire them again with any other projects that come up.

I was quoted $280 by a competitor, but needed the job done quickly...Assuming I can buy the same Zoeller pump for $150 on-line...$450 to plug it in and saw a little piece of PVC pipe might have been a smidge opportunistic.
