They picked up the toilets I bought at Lowes, installed them, hauled away the old ones and replaced an old toilet seat on a third toilet. (We have four full baths in our home).... Fast, polite, cleaned up after themselves, put down towels in the entry hall so they would not track in snow. Will rehire them for any plumbing jobs in my home.

LJ and his son were both kind and knowledgable. They fixed something other plumbers have not been able to previously. It wasn't the cheapest, but well worth the money as it is working perfect now.

They worked us in rught away came and evaluated the situation made a quick repair.

They have great pride for their family business & it translates into the service they provide. In my case, the part I needed wasn't readily available & they hunted it down & I had my shower that same day.

LJ and his son arrived to repair or replace a leaky toilet, depending on their diagnosis of the problem. LJ was honest and said that repairing it would get the job done, and of course for less cost. He also correctly pointed out that replacing the toilet would have exposed our sub-floor (the bathroom is carpeted) because the footprints of the toilets were not identical. When we went into the basement to find and turn off the water main, LJ immediately pointed out a bad leak in a pipe near the water main. The dripping was almost a drop of water every 2 seconds, and could have caused serious damage to the drywall and carpeting if allowed to continue. He was able to repair it and probably saved many hundreds of dollars and anguish had he not noticed it. After a few hours, he and his son left, having repaired the pipe and the toilet competently.

L.J. and his son are a great team. They were very professional, personable, did their work quickly and left my house as clean as when they arrived. These two were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions including possible maintenance of a water heater. I enjoyed welcoming them into my home and won't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing work I might need done in the future.

I called Larry on Labor Day about my leaking faucet. He came out that same and was very pleasant and eager to help. He replaced the faucets and augered the toilet for me. I would diffently hire him again and highly recommended him to others.

I would call them back for any other plumbing work in a heartbeat. Listed on Home Advisor on a Sunday afternoon and got a call from them in less than a minute from clicking submit. They came out the same afternoon and did the install.

LJ and his son were terrific. Came when they said they would, gave me an accurate estimate of cost, and fixed it right away. I felt confident in their knowledge, and their workmanship was a complete fix. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Do not search any further for a plumber. These are your guys... I PROMISE you will be thrilled!!!! They are courteous, reasonably priced, communicate at every turn and are just overall AWESOME!!!! I will NEVER use anyone else again. If I have a clog, need a water heater, have pipe issues, ANYTHING AT ALL, these are my guys for life!!!!! Do not search any further. I had 3 other estimates for several issues and they quoted ridiculous prices and were not great at communicating with me. KC Metro came and spent a considerable amount of time with us even before knowing we would choose them. They got us a quote within a few hours and even fixed a few small things while they were here for no charge. They cleaned up after work was done, explained every detail to us an even hauled away a grill for us.... not even close to being in the job description. Please feel free to call me if you need further info. I am just an average home owner who needed a lot of work done and had no idea how to go about it... just called a few different companies to get quotes. KC Metro ROCKS!!!!!!

L.J. contacted me within an hour of my online request. He was able to come out the very next day to install a new toilet we had purchased from Ferguson. They arrived right on schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. They also hauled away the old toilet and boxes. Excellent!
