Good work for a fair price

Very easy to work with. They provided an array of options and helped me understand everything.

I live out of state. KC Metro was very informative by phone on what was needed and how much it would cost. Pictures were sent of broken pipes. Professional and courteous. I would use them again.

Work & service were great. They came out within two hours from when I called them. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

These guys are the best. First, they arrived ahead of schedule, especially since we needed repairs done quickly. Second, the father and son team were very courteous, knowledgeable and filled us in on what they were doing through the entire project. This gave us a peace of mind that the job was done by pros. Third, the project was completed ahead of time. Very professional job! I would recommend this company to anyone. We will definitely keep their business card handy.

The work ethic and competency of this father-son team was beyond what we could have ever expected or even hoped for. They quickly and thoroughly took care of the backed kitchen sink problem and then addressed additional plumbing concerns. They were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, and the clean up....spectacular! They were exceedingly cautious not to disturb my ailing wife, and that was more appreciated than they will ever know. I would recommend KC Metro Plumbing to anyone and everyone in need of reasonably priced, quick, efficient service with a personal, human touch.

I would say that the money went down the drain but the drain still didn’t flow! LJ is a very polite professional. He was prompt. He came to my house and looked at the problem and seemed confident that he could fix it. He started to dig up the basement floor and replace the pipe. It didn’t fix the problem. He tried to use the camera and locator. He didn’t know how to hook-up the camera and they didn’t get the locator to work. He did spend a lot of time trying to identify where the pipes go and where the problem was but couldn’t get it. He busted the cap in the main stack to try to look with the camera. He replaced the cap but it leaked. We called him to replace it but he was already too far away and said he would come back in a day or two and the leak would stop on its own. Unable to identify the problem he finally said that we would need to bust up about 30 feet of basement floor to fix it. Needless to say we cut our losses and called someone else. They other company (not from home advisor) came out to look at the problem. He quickly identified it, permantly fixed it, (abandoning what LJ had already done), replaced the cap LJ put on with one that was the correct size and charged us a little more than half of what we already paid. LJ was here for almost 3 days. The other company was here for about 4 hours. And best of all, the other company didn’t have to bust up any of the basement floor.

LJ and his son were knowledgeable and courtesy. Being a female, I felt like they told me exactly what was needed. Also, LJ pointed out an issue with my water heater and wasn't going to charge me. They are a true blessing!

They called at 3:30 and arrived at 6:15 and had it fixed by 6:45. We were very happy

I had a problem with my main shut off valve. I called LJ looking for someone that could come out the following day. The problem was somewhat serious, but not urgent. He asked if I would be available that evening. He came out at 8:30 PM. He replaced the valve and even moved it to a better location. He did an excellent job at a fair price. He was in and out in about an hour. I would not hesitate to call him again for any other problems or projects.

KC Metro was very prompt in responding and scheduling an appointment. I will definitely use them again.

Very professional, Larry and his son answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Replaced one toilet and reset another. Got the hot water going to the sink and exchanged the sink fixtures. Replaced most of the cast iron piping. This was an all day job and during the whole process had a great attitude. would highly recommend and I'll use them again.

LJ and Kyle were so friendly and helpful. They got the job done for half the price that Bob Hamilton quoted. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be using them again!

Replaced a rusted washer supply hose bib, which, because of the way it had been installed, was quite a project. Also remedied a low water pressure problem that had vexed another plumber. Very professional and they cleaned up after completion. Would definitely use again.
