KC Metro Plumbing, LLC

A relative helped me to check out Home Advisor for a plumber. I liked many of the reviews I read and decided to call KC Metro Plumbing, LLC based on good reviews that it was a family business and that customer retention, referrals and skilled problem resolution were what they took pride in. When I called, LJ spent time with me on the phone and because of that conversation, I felt much more comfortable and at ease about having him and his son Kyle come out to give me an estimate. LJ was able to identify and explain all problems. I agreed to have the work done. Their stocked truck had the proper tools available to make the repair. Repair went smoothly and quickly. Both were respectful of my time and property, both were good listeners and worked well together. They patiently answered the questions I had as they proceeded. Both seemed to enjoy their work, definitely are skilled plumbers and I found them eager to do an exceptional job while developing a good relationship with me as honest people that I could trust just like the good reviews had indicated. Reviews are one thing but experience is another. Very professional yet friendly. My employment as a Customer Service Specialist for over 48 years has resulted in very high standards and so I am not one who is easily impressed. I would not hesitate to highly recommend KC Metro to family or friends or anyone else in need of a good plumber. It is also refreshing to know that I will be dealing with the same people who are familiar with my home and plumbing issues if future problems must be addressed and that I will not be facing different crew and starting from scratch. No sales pressure. I first addressed a kitchen faucet leak which they replaced with the faucet I bought prior to their coming. The leak was dripping on other parts and I wondered if they were going to tell me I need a new sink, had main line leaks, etc. They never mentioned any other issues or tried to con me. I asked if they could add a shut off value as one had not been installed when the house was built. They did so at a fair price. After the success of the first job, in less than one week, I called them about outdoor faucet/hose concerns and a leaking shower handle and a showerhead installation that I had attempted and failed to assemble correctly which resulted in very high water bills. As I tackle future problems, I know I will use KC Metro Plumbing. I am a very satisfied customer who was pleased and surprised that they could meet my high expectations!! If you need a plumber call KC Metro Plumbing and then you will fully comprehend my appreciation of these two fine businessmen.

Very pleased with quality of work and price. Discovered some additional issues that increased costs, but issues were explained in detail. Only issue was late arrival due to other work conflicting, although LJ was willing to work very late on Friday night to complete job.

Very pleased with the work, timeliness and reasonable cost. I plan on using them again and would recommend them.

Very friendly, not pushy and quoted before starting the work. Were very honest about the situation and possible changes in quote. Were available same day.

Came within 20 min. to give a quote at no charge. LJ is a master plumber, knowledgeable of codes, but still gave us a very good price. He showed up on time and did a great job installing a new gas line for my gas range...and also replaced the fireplace gas line, which was not code. Highly recommend.

Fast, knowledgeable, had parts on hand. Will be the first place i call from now on out.

Found out I had used KC Metro 5 years ago for an emergency water heater replacement and LJ provided great service on the spot.

We have an ejector pump and it would go off every two hours. The plumber discovered a leak in a toilet which made the pump run every two hours. He fixed the toilet and every thing works great now.

LJ and his son installed a new sink faucet. They were able to come the day I requested and did a nice job of installing the faucet. The cost was reasonable given the work performed, and they were very courteous. I would definitely use them again.
