WILL GO WITH KC METRO PLUMBING AGAIN!! Had a toilet replaced. Very timely response after submitting our request (five minutes). Prices seemed reasonable compared to what we saw on line. I expected to spend a bit more than what I did. Had toilet for a few days and no issues, our old toilet was leaking. Only reason I did not give a 5/5 on value for money is because I did not get exact quotes from another plumber which is on me. I felt he did a GREAT job.

We had a bad faucet, our toilet was running, and our bathtub stop was leaking water. We now have all three problems fixed. We went ahead and replaced both faucets so they would match. Service was great, he did not pressure us. The total cost was higher than I had anticipated - around $800 total - but I attribute some of that to us having him install shut-off valves under the sinks. Everything works great now, thank you!

LB called me back very quickly. He was on-site within 1 hour and after discussing the cost and options he got started working right away. This was very surprising since it was Sunday afternoon and I was just trying to setup something for Monday. Our water heater was going out but dead so I thought it could wait until Monday or Tuesday. He advised since he was availible, and if it would work with my schedule, he would like to do it today. Worked great for me and I did not get an added charge for Sunday service. Very good in my book. Cost was a little higher that expected but he had to install one of those thermal expansion tanks.

Larry is a very knowledgable guy who gave me a lesson on sump pumps. There ended up being nothing wrong with my sump pump and Larry didn't even charge me. Very honest and knowledgable. would recommend him for any plumbing job.

Great professional work. Worked until job was completely done, including late hours. Beautiful results. Added new toilet and new garbage disposal. Added new kitchen and bath sink faucets. Fixed main water value and outside faucet. Re plumbed bath/shower and re caulked tub area. Discovered additional leaks and fixed them. Just great and affordable work. Truly recommend him.
