Our developer referred us to Kansas City Roofscapes after our two other roofing companies failed to fix our tile roof leaks. They showed up when they said they would, provided detailed photos of the issues, why they occurred and why the other roofers fixes didn’t last. They warrantied the repairs for 10 years! One of the other roofers gave a 1 year warranty and another gave no warranty. The best part, KC Roofscapes was cheaper then both companies who didn’t even fix it. Very fair and knowledgeable

The owner is a class act. He re-patched our roof where 3 prior roofing companies weren’t able to get the job done and Stop the leaks! Nate and his team fixed everything right away! Extremely knowledge and knew where the problem was right when he saw it! I highly recommend this company!

Quick response followed by inspection of roof damage. Required work fully explored. Very professional, friendly. Cause of roof leak explained and what would be done to remedy problem. Quote given and work completed on same visit. No problems with roof leak since repaired. Quite satisfied.

In 2018, they came out and indicated that the pipe above the closet needed more caulking, so they did it, I paid $150 and they went their way. I used Kiln and re-painted the ceiling. A year later the same thing happened. Called them again, this time the owner of the company came out and determined it was another problem with the routing of vents in the roof and could 'fix' this within a couple of weeks and would charge less because they didn't get it right in 2018. 4 months later, multiple phone calls, emails and texts with no answer I have moved onto some else to resolve the issue. I will NEVER get these guys or recommend these guys again.

If you had something lower than an F. They are horrendous and I may be taking legal action against him. The quality is poor, we have had roof leaks since May and can't get him back out here.

Very responsive, very pleasant, and the work was completed as quoted. Like the annual inspection and warranty programs that were part of the work. Dane took pride in his work. Good people to work with. Recommended by a real estate agent friend of ours.
