"We appreciate the feedback from this customer. We apologize for the experience this customer had with Kansas City Remodel and Handyman Allen and that we did not meet their expectations. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and always strive to complete each project with the highest quality. There was water in the basement due to a bad valve on the main water line. Our workers noticed it leaking, repaired, and cleaned up the water. At the time the customer thanked us for our quick response. Customer made several changes throughout the project which delayed the project and caused tension between the customer and Kansas City Remodel and Handyman Allen. Kansas City Remodel and Handyman Allen did not order any materials except for the cabinets, which the layout was approved and signed off on by the customer. Customers made their own selections and purchased their own materials. Permit was pulled, inspections were performed by Miami County, Kansas and all inspections were passed. All subcontractors hired for this project were paid in full and signed lien waivers were provided to the customer. Kansas City Remodel and Handyman Allen has not and does not have any pending lawsuits against the company including this customer. Kansas City Remodel & Handyman Allen came to the decision to terminate our contract with this customer due to false allegations such as the allegations in her review."
