We were pleased with the work. I think the pricing was fair. We got a good value for the money. He did what he said he was going to do. His workers as well as Jim himself were very courteous and good people to have in our home. I think that anyone who would use Jim Luke Construction based on our experience would expect him to have a similar good experience and be satisfied with the products. They're sometimes a little slow to respond.

Jim did a wonderful job with the overall plan and layout...and I was very satisfied.

Our kitchen remodel involved totally redesigning the area, relocating just about everything. At our first meeting with Jim he referred us to Kathy of Euston Kitchens to assist us with design and cabinetry (very, very helpful). Before starting the demolition, Jim put down drywall on the dining room floor to protect it during the construction. By the end of the first week all the old cabinets were gone, and the plumbing and electrical rough-in work had been done and inspected. Either Jim or his employee (Omar) was on the job almost every day and they let us know in advance if they wouldn't be here (the project took about seven weeks). They did all the work, except plumbing, electrical, drywall finish, Silestone countertop, and some of the painting. Jim uses subcontractors who have worked for him for years, so there was no waiting for anyone to do his part of the job. Since I am very particular, I usually closely supervise work being done in our home. With Jim, however, that was not necessary. He takes care of every detail and leaves absolutely nothing undone. He is a perfectionist! We are delighted with his work and love our new kitchen and new dining room windows.
