Jim and his staff are the most professional office I've ever dealt with. He is the best realtor in the business. We tried twice before to sell our home. not only did he sell it, but he did it within ten days of listing. He follows up on everything. He will negotiate for his clients and is very fair. I would highly recommend Jim or any of his associates.

I first met Jim 12 years ago when I was visiting from out of town to buy a home. Jim helped me to find and buy the perfect home the one day I had to do so. Twelve years later when I was looking to buy a new home, I called Jim and he answered his cell phone even though he was on vacation. My husband and I had very specific things we wanted in our new home. Jim was very patient with us while we waited to find the just the right home. On the day we found our home, Jim changed his saturday night plans because we knew the house would sell fast. There were two offers on the house that night and thankfully with Jim's help the home is ours. Jim did our walk though on New Year's Eve with us. He then proceeded to help us sell our house during a blizzard. So if working on vacation, weekends, holidays and blizzards does not show how dedicated Jim is, I do not know what will. Being one of the area's top real estate agents, shows that he knows what he is talking about. More importantly though, I like the fact that you can tell that he loves what he does!

She is the best. She did a great job and she did everything just absolutely perfect. She did everything she needed to do. If you do what she tells you, you will sell your house. We would absolutely use her again.
