JCPENNY CUSTOM DESIGN

From the start to the finish of the project I had three people working on my drapes. I ended up calling them to find out where my drapes were and they told me that I was not called yet because they came without the tassels and they were waiting on them. When I did get my drapes they ended up coming with an extra set of tassels so they were in there the whole time. Wood paneling was scratched during the installation process and they told me they would fix it but I would have to hired the worker and then they would pay me back when the work was done. There were some many communication issues. Once my drapes were installed they would not drawl. They came and replaced the rod quickly after I called a reminded them that they need to do it. The drapes are beautiful though. Around Christmas time I received a card from the first lady I was using that gave me a hundred dollars off my project. When I went to turn it in they told me that it was for my next project but it did not state it on there. Then they told me that it was not good because the lady who gave it to me was no longer there. After a year I called and asked where the hundred dollars was and then they gave it to me.
