Mr. Hurla accepted the job and started work within 3 days. However, work was done only 1 to 2 hours at a time over 3 or 4 days. He then gave promise after promise about when he would finish the job. Each time, he was a no show and didn't even contact me. I gave him a substantial deposit for the job which I fear is lost. Beware!
