IT HAS TAKEN 464 DAYS & COUNTING TO COMPLETE THE RECONSTRUCTION. DAYS & WEEKS WENT BY WITH NO ONE SHOWING UP TO WORK. THE TARGET COMPLETION DATE WAS AUG. 2004, AS OF MARCH 2005 IT IS STILL NOT COMPLETED. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT WITH THE CONTRACTORS. IT SEEMED TO STEM PRIMARILY FROM THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY.
