Very efficient and very nice people to work with. Very arranging as we had to change an appointment twice for personal reason and they were very helpful with this.
The person that fixed the door also gave us advices on how to avoid the problem to repeat itself.

I went to their shop and was able to see their work and tell them exactly what I was looking for.  They gave me a price which was better than I could find online for similar mirrors.  Plus, I was able to order exact sizing for our project rather than trying to fit what is offered elsewhere.  The mirrors are beautiful.  They offered installation but told me how to install them.  I have a contractor so he did put them up for me. 

Fountain came out measured the windows then called us with the quote. The price was very good so we went ahead and ordered the windows. When the windows came in Fountain came out and installed them. We found that with Fountain there were no hidden charges, they were polite, efficient and professional. We would definitely use them again.

I called for several estimates and Fountain offered the best price for the job. When I accepted the offer, it took about 5 days for them to order the glass and schedule the appointment. The receptionist and the installer were both polite and professional.

The window was a bit on the low side when it was measured, so they had to use lots of caulk. The window gets pretty hot under direct sunlight. Very professional and courteous workers.

Very good experience with this company. Went to their showroom to pick out a door, they came out and measured the next day, then installed it two days later at same price as promised in original estimate. Quality of door and installation is very good. Would definitely recommend this company.

They were excellent. Two really nice young men came to do the work. They said it didn?t take them very long to come, so they reduced the price. They had quoted $120, but they charged only $80. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Called for an appointment for a quote and they were out the same day. Recieved estimate the next day over the phone and an appointment was made for the work to be done. A two hour window was given as well as commitment to give me an advance phone call as to when the person would be arriving. The removal was perfect with no damage to the walls and the installed mirror looks fantastic especially with the extra beveled edge trim that was added.

I'm very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Fountain Glass. Each person I came into contact with was very respectful and polite. Jacob (the "un" installer made two trips to the home; once to give me an estimate and then returned the next week with Carlos to do the work. Both times he arrived during the time period promised and gave me a courtesy call beforehand to let me know that he was on his way. The office also called me with the estimate, on the day it was promised, and office staff was very helpful. Our mirrored walls, circa 1984, were in large panels and some were irregular in shape & size. I originally thought I would deconstruct them myself but then thought it would be best to have a professional do it if the price was reasonable. Jacob & Carlos did a wonderful job of removing all the mirrors and thoroughly cleaned up and vacuumed afterwards. I knew ahead of time that drywall underneath the mirrors would need repair when the mirrors were removed so it wasn't a surprise to me. I will definitely use them again for any of my glass, window, and mirror needs and will refer them to others.

Quality products. The frameless shower was incredibly low-priced compared to other bids. The metal frame on the framed shower is unobtrusive. They had some problems with measuring on the mirror, so that it came out smaller than what I had wanted. I asked for a discount, but they suggested framing the mirror with beveled glass as an alternative solution at no charge. I took it, and now my bathroom looks so rich! I am totally delighted with them. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

MIS-MEASURED STALL SHOWER DOOR AND MADE IT 4'' TOO NARROW WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WALK INTO SHOWER. PROMPTLY REPLACED IT AT NO COST.
