On 1 st visit he helped set up digital TV system, and explained. We are not able to veiw digitalTV. So we asked to come again. He explained and make sure all TVs are working OK.

Great communication. Office went out of their way to reach me at the multiple contact numbers I provided. Repair experience was outstanding! Allen from Fairway is an expert on Sony large TV service, he found and fixed the problem and aligned the TV after the repair so that the picture is better than new. If you have a big Sony TV that needs fixing, ask for Allen! Prices Fairway charged for service call ($80), repair parts ($175) and repair labor ($150 for 3 hours in home) seemed good, but I have no basis for comparison.

THEIR INABILITY TO GET THE REMOTE TO ACT UP IS UNDERSTANDABLE, BUT THEIR INABILITY TO DO WHAT I ASKED (REPLACE A $17.00 PART AS A TROUBLESHOOTING TECHNIQUE) IS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE. AFTER FAIRWAY FINISHED I WAS OUT $200.00 AND STILL HAD A NON-WORKING TV. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE PERFORMANCE ON ALL LEVELS.

THE REPAIRMAN GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND THE PRICE CAME OUT TO THAT. THE TV WAS CARRIED IN AND OUT TO THE CAR. THE EMPLOYEES WERE NICE WHEN I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

COULD NOT FIX IN HOME AND HAD TO TAKE TO SHOP TO AVOID A $75 DELIVERY FEE. TV WORKED FOR 2 HOURS AND LINER RETURNED. THEY PICKED IT UP OVER A WEEK AGO TO FIX AGAIN, AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT BACK. THEY SAY THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE FIXING IT. I WOULD ONLY GO TO THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE THE AUTHORIZED REPAIR COMPANY.
