I was treated with the utmost respect and speed of getting the project done. I am very satisfied with Emerson and the quality of their work. They have excellent employees that kept me updated weekly. One in particular was Clay Dutton, he was exceptionally friendly and professional, letting me know what was going to happen every step of the way....GOOD JOB GUYS!

👎🏼took months to get the project (roof and siding) completed. There were no managers on site. They didn’t put Tyvek on and had to tear siding off of one side to re-do. The tarps they used were old and full of holes. They did not clean up debris, nails, screws, cigarette butts, razor blades. They charged us for items they did not do. When we complained to management they apologized and promised to be there the next day— and never would follow through. The sales rep changed the contract after we signed it. It took us, senior citizens, hours to clean up after them. We paid most of the money holding back some money to dispute the billing. And now we are getting threatened to put a lien on our property. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. Zero stars. The Emerson project manager apologized saying this job did go bad and it usually didn’t go so bad. I’m disputing the bill, and they don’t care. I’m not paying for something they failed to do. Poor business 👎🏼

Emerson's was very professional. The work was top notch. I especially appreciated Doug handling all of the negotiations with our insurance company and he was able to get more money for us than I had anticipated.
