+ -1 moreLove my Dyson but have a ew issues with it getting clogged. Although I can problem solve sometimes, twice I could not determine the problem and was afraid of breaking the machine. Twice I have gone in and been promptly helped. Thy immediately plug the machine in and quickly find the issue. I have never been charged. They are great!
