The job was done quickly and for a decent price. But it?s true, you get what you pay for. The framing piece was replaced. But not caulked as discussed. The paint job was terrible. He hadn?t brought a paint brush, so had to use one that I had which clearly provided no precision. Would not hire again.

Timely and did good work. A little messy. Happy with result.

Randy the owner and sole worker on my house offers low overhead and a great price and value. He is a very experienced, competent and honest craftsman. He torn down and replaced my front porch railing and repaired my back 12' x 12' deck. He did an excellent job and I would refer him to anyone.Call him for a bid.

BEWARE!! Randy mis-measured 3 windows, never informed me and installed the wrong size windows. Windows were not installed properly, for 2 years I have been trying to get him to fix them. His response is he will be out next week - only problem is next week never comes. Window trim is poorly assembled. Does not clean up after himself and he brought mud into the house - he did not clean shoes. It is going to cost thousands of dollars to rectify his sloppy work. If there is a gap in the trim, his response is we will just cut a strip to hide the gap. He was cutting miters on the window trim and when I said the miter was wrong, his response was I learned a long time ago, you cut it long and knock it in. He is like a bull in a china closet, I had trim in one room and when he took out the old window, he broke the trim and made no effort to fix it. I finally had to trim out that window as he had no idea how to do the trim properly! If you hire Randy, you will be making a big mistake! I had to let him use my jumper cables so that he get his car started - The only good thing was he did return my jumper cables.

Prompt, responsive and fair price

He did good work for a decent price. Did the work while I was away. Replaced an exterior basement door. Got home to find a slide bolt on an interior basement door busted off. He said he went threw that door and up to garage? Why? He had no reason to enter the rest of my home. and that there was no resistance. I continued to tell him the bold was broken off the door. And he got angry. saying "I did not break it, DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SAYING!" Got very rude and confrontational. I told him I do understand what his words but do not believe them. Now I have to find someone to fix another door. :(

Randy was responsive, prompt and fair. I would highly recommend DRC Construction.

Randy came by on Saturday to inspect the job. Did some preliminary adjustments, gave us an estimate, and set an appointment for today, 8-20-18. Works was completed in under two hours, and was a great improvement. I intend to use him in the future as the need arises. Unfortunately, he doesn't accept credit cards.

He was responsive, prompt, and really knowledgeable. I am quite pleased with my window sill repair.

We needed an exterior door installed in our garage where there had not been a door previously and we were on a time crunch. Randy came out on a holiday to give us a quote and was able to start the job a couple days later. He was extremely reasonable and very easy to work with.
