Computer Repair
I reached out to this company to repair a problem that suddenly appeared in my computer after a software update. The young man who arrived seemed competent enough but after about an hour of watching him fumble about, I realize that he did not know any more about computers than I did. After about 90 minutes I suggested that perhaps we had done enough, while he proudly announced that he had fixed the problem. In point of fact all he had done was to create another problem while leaving the original issue unrepaired. Simply put the technician did not know his job, in my opinion, and therefore I would not contact this company again.
