Description of Work: We were working to refinance our home loan into a locked lower interest rate (was an adjustable rate), We talked with Jason and he put a lot of effort into helping us reach our goal. After multiple attempts to satisfy a requirement, a federal government requirement beyond his or CACU control, he was unable to directly help us. However instead of just dropping it, he told about an option to discuss with our current mortgage company that would possibly help. We followed his advice and achieved our refinance. Customer care in action!
