We had a pretty difficult time closing on our house because of some divorce title ownership complications, and it turned out that the party listing the house did not have ownership of the title, so we were not able to close on our intended date. Chicago title was readily available as the second listing party signed over the title and it was confirmed by the courts. The process took about two weeks and then we closed on the day that the title ownership had been sorted out. It was a big mess and Chicago title was very helpful in understanding and being available for this situation. I am happy with their service.

VERY BUSINESS MINDED AND DID NOT REQUIRE A LOT OF TIME. GOOD FOR TRANSFERRING A HOME MORTGAGE.
