How did it go overall, we felt that we were overcharged, lied to and basically ripped off. The hours she charged for her people during our sale were way too high. The owner was not at the sale so she could not answer questions we had regarding what our items were sold for and exactly what we were being charged for. It was a very bad decision to hire this company and we are very sorry that we put our trust and faith in them to do the right thing.

"Unfortunately this report was just brought to my attention by a client of mine. I did not receive any phone calls to follow up regarding her concerns. My contract was followed to the letter and we cannot control how sellable someone's items are and what people are willing to pay. The sale and charges fell within the range she was advised of in advance including schedules and sale. I have completed hundreds of estate sales in over 8 years of business and have many satisfied customers. I am sorry for her"
