+ -1 moreHow did it go overall, we felt that we were overcharged, lied to and basically ripped off. The hours she charged for her people during our sale were way too high. The owner was not at the sale so she could not answer questions we had regarding what our items were sold for and exactly what we were being charged for. It was a very bad decision to hire this company and we are very sorry that we put our trust and faith in them to do the right thing.
Description of Work: The owner misrepresented what the costs would be for the entire service. When we first signed the contrat she was wonderful and friendly. She misrepresented what her company would do, how much it would cost and what would be accomplished upon the completion. She would not return calls after she sent us our check and we had questions regarding her percentage which had been taken out. We were overcharged on her employee hours, and way too much monies were taken out of our share of our own items. It was too late and there was nothing that we could do about it. Alot of the items were priced lower than at a garage sale. Very little effort if any was truly put into the sale. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
