Mark painted our house several years ago. We have shingle, board and batten, and brick siding. He did an excellent job scraping, priming, caulking, and painting. The house still looks great. I highly recommend him.

The job started on a Monday right on time . He came to get the paint colors first then prepped and started painting . And finished the next day a half a day earlier than on the quote.

He worked while I was at work, completed as promised.

Mark works alone and is very careful and detailed. He even pointed out an area that might have termite damage. He has also done some interior painting for us and does that well, too. He cleans up his area and everything looks great!

He did a really good job. He works alone so it does take a little longer but he is patient when it come to working with you. He is very fair in his prices. He was patient with me when I was choosing and changing my mind about colors.

Mark did great work; very professional. He arrived on time, cleaned up each day. Matched my color (Beir paint with his desired Pittsburgh paint brand). Wish we had him paint these areas years ago. Other contractors were slower with bid, schedule longer out and cost more. I'm only guessing that $650 was fair price; I have no frame of reference but we needed quick service to get our house ready for sale.

We have used Mark on about five occasions for both interior and exterior painting. We have found Mark to be extremely professional and his work to be of high quality, and we think his pricing is very fair. Mark goes out of his way to accommodate special requirements and leaves the site looking clean and neat every day when he finishes. We are extremely well satisfied with Mark's work over the last several years.

When I first contacted Boehm he called me right back and gave me an estimate of the job and when he would be able to get to the job. I have had other contract people through the years who do not stick to their estimates. I greatly appreciated that he stayed to his estimate. He was very reasonable in cost. I am single person and I appreciated that I could trust him alone in my house. He was so clean that it was hard to tell that he had even been been painting in my house or garage. He did a great job and I definitely recommend him.

Mark was very prompt and very professional. He showed up when he said he would. His estimate of $510 was very reasonable. For Mark it was only a two day job. I have no doubt I could not have found a better man for the job.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MARK. HE WAS POLITE, ON TIME, CLEAN, & PROFESSIONAL. I COULDN'T FIND ANY DRIPS, MISSES, ETC. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE ASKED TO USE IOWA BRAND PAINT WHICH I HAVE HEARD IS A QUALITY BRAND. I THINK YOU COULD FIND SOMEONE TO WORK FOR LESS BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
