Description of Work: This company did not even know how to install an electrical operating awning. The first day they came out they said our electrical outlet was not working and we would need to hire an electrician to fix the outlet because there was no power at the outlet. I told them them was nothing wrong with the outlet and I would bring out a small lamp to prove it. They said no and left.I called their office and told them of the incident and waited days for them to send someone else back out. I tried to cancel this purchase but because all the material had been cut to size I was unable to do so. When they came back out and installed the awning it wasn't installed corectly and made aloud a loud screeching noise upon operating. I called them many times regarding this noise and was told this was normal for operating.Finally many months later one of the supervisors came out and fixed the problem.This company was unprofessional, rude and didn't have the knowledge to install the awning. MY son's experience with them below. Due to heavy snow this year, my son who had a large heavy metal awning noticed it had bent from the heavy snow that was on it and might colaspe, called Patio Enclosures forgetting about our experience with them. They promised to come out and remove the awning. It was days later that the awning colasped on him, knocking him out and traped him under that awning. When Patio Enclosures saw this incident on TV one of the managers called him and said they felt so bad about it that they would come out and remove the awning free of charge. They did come out and removed the awning and gave my son an estimate for a new awning, a very high price. My son explained to them that he needed to check with his insurance company before making a comitment with them. In the meantime he received a bill from them for removing the awning. Although he never signed anything they expected him to pay for the service they offered free. We will never do business of any kind with Patio Enclosures again.

Description of Work: Built a great sunroom in 2010 and then added a deck off the sunroom in 2012. These guys are great to work with...they are punctual and very professional. The quality of work is the best. They kept me informed during the whole project and made recommendations to add value. I would absolutely use them again and again and will continue to recommend them.
