He has done work for me about six times. I've been in my house for ten years and I've had frozen pipes nine of those years. I called the developer and he came out and somebody else came out and they couldn't figure it out. This guy comes out and he could tell immediately what the problem was. I had another situation with a bathroom door that he was able to create a solution for. He also put in safety rails because I have a child with disabilities. He is very smart as far as being able to think about what would solve a situation. He did that in a number of situations. He is awesome. He is funny, nice and a really good guy. He will let you know if a job is too big for him and he will make suggestions on people to use.
