I called about repairing two light fixtures and we ended up replacing six. I was very satisfied with the work, but felt that I should not have been charged an additional fee for transporting two additional light fixtures. They brought four fixtures with them.

Fairly difficult to book, arrived late, and overly priced for the work completed.

I am very disappointed Rodney was very nice and responsive in the beginning on my project to replace my breaker box.. once we had the final discussion for my project, Rodney provided a formal quote the prices were a little higher than we had discussed and an additional part of the project was added which he had originally said would not be required. The work was performed by 2 nice guys (not Rodney) the box looks great however, when they restored the power a circuit blew the brain on my range and microwave.. the workers advised that they would talk with Rodney about what happened and that I should receive a call from Rodney the next day. I never received a call back I had to make several calls to the office and talk with Charlene or leave a message before anything was agreed to, I was able to repair my range with the funds provided after 5 months - my microwave is still not functioning correctly. I no longer receive calls back from ASAP. when the breaker box was replaced they also moved the drop/meter which was connected via pigtail by KCPL and run to the new meter location with a wire across the back of my house by ASAP, I was told that KCPL would be out in a few days to make permanent connection . several calls to ASAP and I was told they had notified KCPL that they needed to complete the work but no one ever showed up. I finally called KCPL myself and was told that they had never been notified, within 2 weeks the final connections were completed. the breaker box/meter work was completed 5/26/2016 - I received check to repair range 10/6/2016 - meter final connection completed 6/22/2017 overall bad experience

They were very accommodating and scheduled my repairs the next day. The were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

They came on short notice, fixed the current problem, and repaired another electrical box wiring issue that we didn't know that we had. Very much appreciated the quality of their service.

I had a new over the range microwave installed. The installation required removal of the old unit. The old unit had been in place for a very long period of time resulting in some retrofitting of the new unit. The electrician was very through, and quite knowledgeable in what he was doing. I would certainly use this company, and employee again. GOOD JOB!!
