Went very well. Steve called the house well in advance of arriving and showed-up right on time at 8:00 am. He was very professional and respectful of my house. He always put-on plastic boot covers before entering my house, which he had to do repeatedly during the process. Steve proceeded to inspect both the A/C unit and my furnace. It was a very thorough inspection, not just a simple check of the coolant level. He repeatedly had to go in & out of the house, up & down the basement stairs to the furnace. He explained information that I didn't necessarily understand about the system and recommended that I replace the capacitor. While I was under the impression that my A/C unit was very old and probably needed to be replaced in the near future, Steve explained that it was working well and didn't necessarily need to be replaced. He also discussed dual-zone options for my furnace that would help to cool off the house better and save money on utilities. He also took the time to run a free "cool homes" test to see if I qualified for a rebate from KCP&L towards a new A/C unit. Finally, he helped me schedule an appointment to have someone discuss dual-zone features for my house. Once everything was done, the final bill was 3x more than the original tune-up service due to the replacement of the part. While I'm not upset about the price, I rated their prices as "fair". This is simply to state that they're probably more expensive than others, but I just want readers to know that it was very good service. The money definitely wasn't wasted and I got what I paid for. I would recommend them and I will likely use them again.

-They are top notch. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They are very responsive. With the maintenance agreement, I have priority and I can call anytime and they will have someone here within an hour. I have no complaints at all.

They were very punctual and called ahead each visit, offering to come earlier. There were three different serviceman, all of whom were professional and cleaned up after themselves. This company is known for using the same tech. for maintenance and letting you trust them w/ their keys. I schedule the visits for when I'm home so I can ask questions in person since the house is so old, something's always coming up. Each offered suggestions for further work projects w/ free estimates. They even offered tips to avoid costly problems later and a few suggestions to help put off dealing w/ some non-safety issues a little while longer. I did not feel they were trying to push these services on me, and definitely felt that they were needed. Our house is nearly 100years old and the plumbing really needs an upgrade and the water heater needs replacing. We look forward to using them to do those jobs when the money is set aside. I felt that all of the pricing was very reasonable.

Very Well. Sunday evening 20 some degrees out, our daughter and her room mates called. They had no heat and they were cold. We got on Angies list and saw that Anthony plumbing and heating came highly recommended, then got on their web site and saw they had a hot line . We then thought, ok, they will go on a Sunday and help us. We called, they answered, and arrived one hour later just as they said they would do. They called us to let us know what they thought should be done, we followed their recommendation and most importantly the girls are warm and oh so thankful. Thank you!!!

They replaced duct work in some very difficult to reach places quite fast.

We have a York furnace and that is one that this company specializes in. We got them off Angie's List. He was prompt and explained everything that he was doing as he did the work. He was knowledgeable and worked for the company for ten years so we felt he had the background and knew his field. After the job, their office called and thanked us.

Fantastic! Their bid was fair. The rep's explanation of my options was exceedingly clear and we were able to make an intelligent decision. They under-promised and over-delivered. Unbelievably professional - cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Our upstairs has never been warm, now with 30 degree weather outside, we are snug inside. This was a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend Anthony for any plumbing, heating or cooling. The follow up was just as good as the sales person and the installing technician. We even had fresh baked cookies delivered to our door and two different calls to see if we were happy with the results.

He came to install the outside water spigot. He was very friendly and nice. Aubrey did a great job. He thought that he might have forgotten to turn the heat back on the water heater, he came during his off time to check.

Good service and response from start to finish. This was an after hours call that two other companies turned down. The technician was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He explained what was wrong and answered questions.

The sales rep showed up on time. He was polite and asked some questions to clarify what I was looking for in a new central air conditioner. Once he was finished, he told me he'd get back to me with a bid. It's now been four days and no bid. I have to say I'm quite surprised given the stellar reviews of their company. I'm not going to beg anyone to give me a bid. Fortunately I actually received other bids, so one of those companies will get my business. I have to say I'm disappointed and believe this is not a good way to gain new clients.

It is really nice because I have dealt with the same person each time. Customers are assigned their own service person. Every time they have been out the work has been stellar. We have to make sure our hvac is always working properly and our tech always goes out of his way to make sure that everything is in order. We have a service contract that covers basic tune ups each year for heating, plumbing and air.

They are very trusting people. They are direct and honest. They don't hurry just to make sure that you are satisfied with the work being performed. They are also really thorough about explaining everything and very fair on prices.

There was a mistake made with the garbage disposal. They were immediate and quick to repair it and gave me free compensation for it, for other services. They really know their stuff.

20-year-old furnace stopped providing heat during a very cold night. I called Anthony and they had a repairman fixing our furnace within the hour (about 10 pm). Pat, the technician, didn't have a part he needed, but got the furnace working for the night and returned the next morning with the part. Furnace is working fine now after being given a second life. Pat was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
