We are Dog Trainers and Run a Large Dog Training Facility in Johnson County.  We cannot say enough good things about this company!  They were superb in every way, they were out here working on our fence in the freezing cold and kept a great attitude about it!  We have used other companies in the past that were not even nearly as good as this company.  If you need fencing done right CALL these guys!  You will not regret your decision.  I could go on forever, but time is over the essence here!

I obtained 3 quotes to match additional pieces of wrought iron hand rail for my deck. I chose Amerifence because they were the cheapest price by about $25 and because their scores on Angie's list were satisfactory.

I originally received my quote in the beginning of May and placed the order the last week of May, 2011. I was told my hand rails would take 3 weeks to be completed and installed. After a month went by and not having heard anything from my sales rep (Chris) I called to get a status update. I was told the hand rails would be completed and installed the following week. This same scenario played out 3 additional times total. The fourth time I called I had planned on asking to speak to management if the hand rails were not ready. When I called, Chris my sales rep was on vacation and so I was forwarded to Calvin the Manager. Calvin apologized, said Chris was and quot;a good guyand quot; and that they were having issues getting my order correct. The following afternoon Calvin came out to my house and completed all new measurements for my deck. A week later I still had no hand rails. After almost daily conversations with Calvin a crew finally came out with some hand rails to check the fit. They were WAY off on the height and length. I then called Calvin very upset, and Calvin was rude, angry, annoyed, etc that I was calling him. You would have thought he was the customer in the situation and at one point he was yelling at me. It was bad enought, that I had to ask him to give me a turn to speak. At this time it had been almost triple the time it was supposed to take and I was being treated as if it was my fault. I was given 10% off on my bill only after I requested to speak to Calvin's supervisor (at corporate). From the day of this last phone call with Calvin I waited about a week before the hand rails were finally finished and installed. During this week a crew was out daily to check for fit.

The finished project is fine and it does match. However, the installation crew did significantly scratch up the wood posts the wrought iron is attached to - so much so that you can still see the scratches even after its been repainted. Additionally when I received the bill in the mail for the wrought iron the 10% was not taken off and I had to call their AP department to get it fixed.

This company and their customer service is AWFUL - from the top down.
