They are the only registered dealers for a brand which is listed as a Best Buy by Consumer's Report. But their prices were well above the published Consumer's Report prices and almost double the cost of Internet sites. When I visited the store, only one person was on duty and he had three customers at one time. So I had to look around a lot on my own. When I was served, the young man was knowledgeable (with the exception of the price differential), courteous, and helpful. I ended up purchasing a similar treadmill at Sears for about 60% of their price.

VERY UNDERSTANDING STAFF. I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THE DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE FEATURES OF ALL THE TREADMILLS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH MY PURCHASE.

THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I FELT LIKE THEY SOLD US THE TREADMILL THAT BEST FIT OUR NEEDS, AND NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE AVAILABLE. THEY HELPED US DETERMINE OUR NEEDS AND, BASED ON OUR USAGE, SHOWED US TREADMILLS THAT BEST FIT US.
