We still do not have the door installed due to manufacturing issues during pandemic. Alenco did call to let us know. They just received and have scheduled a day for installation. Looking forward to seeing product and quality of "turn key" installation.

Buyer beware. If any issues develop after the work is completed, as we experienced, we were told: *You are on your own*. They will not even return phone calls or respond to email communication. This was not a cheap project - $40,000.

Scheduled shower replacement, called day before to confirm would be there between 8:30 and 9:30. Called at 10:30 to say they would not be starting the job and could schedule a week out. I had a complete yard project on Monday and could not accommodate. I told them to cancel, and they said I would lose my $1000 deposit and be subject to additional charges. I do not recommend that anyone use them.

The company is worried about marketing. The new tub is nice. I have no complaints as long as the product performs as marketed over time and the company backs the product if it doesn't.

Our installer was professional, prompt, and kept the work area very clean. I found out we paid a bit over the average cost for a new tub but was very satisfied with the product.
