I was very impressed with the professionalism of the appointment setter and the repairman, Steve, that did the repairs. He was very efficient and the quality of his work was excellent. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and offered to paint the newly replaced facial boards, at no charge, so that I would not have to go buy paint and do it myself later. I will definitely use them again and have referred them many times to my friends!

There's nothing about this company I do not like. They finished the job in a timely manner and the price was comparable to other quotes. They are very nice and they always cleaned up after themselves. It was a very nice experience, I left one day and came home and the job was completed. I thought they were very professional. The owner actually took time out of her day to come out and inspect the work.

In every way it went beautifully. He was there when he said he was going to be. The workers were very professional and they got it all done in the time they said they would. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would use them in the future.

The Handyman arrived, we went over the project together, he was prepared and did the work quickly and efficiently. He went over pricing with me beforehand, so I knew what to expect to pay. The work Handyman Matters did fixed everything that I needed done! I'll definitely use them again!

Bob didn't call me the night before. When he called the day of and I told him exactly what I needed done, he had to swing by his office to get a bigger ladder and was 30 minutes late. Overall, the work that was performed was done correctly.

I EMAILED THIS COMPANY ON MAY 19 WITH INFO REGARDING SOME DECK REPAIRS THAT I NEEDED. AS OF TODAY, MAY 31, 2006, I HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY.

THEY BROKE MY BATH TUB. THEY CREATED MORE LEAKS THAN THEY FIXED. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENTS.

THE SERVICE PERSON ASSIGNED TO KEEP OUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DID NOT COME AT THE SPECIFIED TIME. THAT DAY I HAD PROBLEMS CONTACTING THE COMPANY ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY THEY CONTACTED ME TO APOLOGIZE AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEY AGREED TO SEND A SERVICE PERSON AT MY CONVENIENCE (THEY CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY MORNING) AND GAVE ME A ONE-HOUR DISCOUNT OF THE FINAL BILL. THE SECOND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME, DID A VERY GOOD JOB, AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERSONABLE. THE COMPANY'S COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OBVIOUS AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK. I THOUGHT THE PRICE (WHICH COVERED PARTS AND LABOR) WAS REASONABLE AND THE BILL WAS COMPLETELY ITEMIZED.
