Doug and Adan were very professional. They listened very closely to what you want and provided updates daily as project progresses. Doug sent pictures of work performed. His foreman, Adan is very meticulous and a very hard worker. A couple years prior, I had someone else build a retaining wall and wasn't pleased. He didn't call to let me know when they were coming out to do the work..they just showed up one day. I asked for drainage installed on inside of walls, but didn't get it. I wanted a curved wall, but didn't get that either. He was cheaper than the other companies I checked out. Sometimes cheap doesn't pay in the long run. Doug and his team are outstanding. You can't go wrong with their work. I had water drainage system installed in back yard, concrete sidewalk taken out and new installed. The only thing I wish they had done was install expand liner between new sidewalk and old driveway/front steps/against house where new concrete was poured. Overall, Doug/Adan did an outstanding job. They have excellent customer service. I would use them again.

Doug was actually the first estimate that I received and I was very impressed with his solution to the drainage problem, but went ahead and received numerous other estimated.  if I had just gone with him when I received the estimate in late April, the job would have been done before it started raining every other day and thus, delayed the job.  The crew was very pleasant and professional and worked extremely hard.  Due to the extent of the water being retained in my yard, they had to hand dig a trench instead of using a machine.  When they were nearly done, a huge rain storm arrived and they even came back later in the afternoon to finish the job.
I also used had Dusty, who works with lawn irrigation and Total 4 to have him turn on the system and give me advice on what sprinkler heads are needed and which ones could be turned off.  In preparation of a patio expansion, he removed some of the unneeded sprinkler heads.  He was pleasant and very helpful as well.

We asked 4T to help us with a drainage problem resulting from another company's landscape design.  Doug Yanez came out and designed a fix, and Pete and Chris put the fix into place.  All were professional and hardworking, and very concerned that we got the best of what we asked for, down to traveling a goodly distance to the sod farm, to ensure we had fresh cut sod vs some that had been sitting around a retailer.  I will definitely call upon 4T for future work.

It was a good experience. They came out and went over everything and made it clear what all they would do. They offered suggestions and asked questions. They came and got the job done in a neat and timely manner. They cleaned up very well after themselves and didn't leave anything behind.

The guys did a great job and my yard always looks great when they're done. We've had them mow on and off many times over the last few Summers. They have never been hassled by my request for the occasional mow (when we just run out of time).

GREAT WORK AND ALWAYS ON TIME. ALSO DO COMMERCIAL SERVICE.

LAWN LOOKS BETTER, BUT THEY WERE VERY PRICEY. THEIR OFFICE ASSISTANT WAS NOT TOO POLITE.
