He installed the utility sink in our garage and it leaked into the insulation and drywall behind the sink. After multiple calls for him to come back and he showed up and looked at said he would fix it. He then went back to his truck and left without any word to me. Over a 3 month period, we called him again and again and again and he said he sent someone to the house and we were not home (not true). We set multiple appointments and each time was a no call no show. He said he would issue a refund for the work he did, actually told us his wife mailed a check and still have not seen the check. Finally, had to pay someone else to come out and fix the sink and the damage he made.
