 + 1 moreAFTER AGREEING ON A QUOTE TO INSTALL TILE IN OUR ENTRY I CALLED TIM TO SCHEDULE A DATE. HE BOOKED ME FOR THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. BUT FIRST HE HAD ME GO BUY HIS MORTAR FOR THE JOB, WHICH I DID. ON WEDNESDAY, HE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I CALLED LATER THAT MORNING AND HE SAID HE'D BE THERE AT LUNCH TO DO THE JOB. I WAITED, AND WAITED. NO TIM. NO PHONE CALL OR APOLOGY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
