Tom and his team went above and beyond for us both buying and selling of our first home! As first time home buyers back in 2014 he helped us and was on our side for everything. Throughout the years he showed us how much his team and himself cares for their clients. From holiday pies, birthday cards for kids, Christmas wrapping paper and just stopping by to say hello. The Matthews team then sold our home for us this year in 3 days! We can’t express our appreciation and gratitude enough. We highly recommend the Matthews team! They will be your agent and your friend before you’re done. Either Tom or his team would respond quickly to texts, emails and calls. Never did I doubt that they were there for us. Thank you!

It was a fantastic experience. They walked us through every step we had to take. Answered all our questions (which were a lot). Anytime we called they always returned our call that same day. To this day Tom stops by our home and chats with us or leaves us a small surprise. Every Christmas they have left us a roll of wrapping paper and scotch tape. It has been six years!! I wish every person could have this experience. The right real estate agent makes all the difference in the world. When people start in about their bad experience in buying a house, I tell them right away about Tom Matthews and they can not believe it. The best customer service!!!!! I hope anyone reading this will give Tom Matthews team a call. It is a call you will not regret.

It went very well. Sheri showed us many houses that fit within our needs/wants. We ended up choosing a fixer upper that needed a lot of work. The Matthews team got us the house as well as found us a contractor for the structural work that we were unable to do on our own. Since we purchased our home we have been in contact with the Matthews team. They do the little things to make you feel like they care and your not just another client that they sell a house to. We have been very pleased and recommend them.

Tom and his team are absolutely amazing! From selling to buying, they made sure all our needs were met. Tom has a ton of connections, if you need staging or a lower interest loan..he knows who to call! He treats his clients very well even after you’ve sold and/or purchased. Tom and Susan were amazing to work with! This was my wife and I's first time buying a house so we went in with little to know idea of what we were doing. They helped guide us through the process from start to finish. We had some specific features in a house we were looking for. Tom & Susan took the time to listen to what we wanted, and showed us houses that fit our wants/needs AND stayed in our price range. None of that "well, if you spend X more dollars, look what kind of house you can get" nonsense!
