My wife and I would happily recommend Aaron Donner and the entire Donner Group to anyone in the market for a Realtor to help with the sale and/or purchase of a home in the KC area! We have used Aaron twice now! The first time was when we listed our home for sale back at the beginning of the COVID Pandemic. The second time was just recently when Aaron helped us find a house back in KC while we were out of town. In both of these situations, the market and the settings were very challenging and unique. When we sold our house, we went from the week prior, with houses receiving lots of foot traffic, to the week we listed where the mandated quarantine had essentially caused foot traffic to be non-existent. This time around, the market has been incredibly hot, with homes selling the day of listing. With us being out of town we were at a distinct disadvantage but Aaron helped us navigate both situations! When we sold our home, The Donner Group was still able to pull in a good crowd and provide us with multiple offers, eventually selling for asking price! When we bought our new home, The Donner Group helped us go toe-to-toe with 21 other offers and come out the winner! We trusted Aaron and his team completely with their detailed reviews of the homes they showed us and their opinions on each one. When this one came along, they got us in and well positioned with our offer as well as helped navigate the negotiations. Additionally, when we did run into an issue with the appraisal initially, Aaron worked hand-in-hand with our mortgage company to research and recommend a revaluation which proved to be successful! While we may have been able to sell our first home with someone else or eventually buy a new home with a different agent, I can say with 100% confidence that Aaron and the entire Donner Group were truly the keys to our success! I don't believe anyone else could have truly gotten us across the finish line each time, either the way we did or with as little hassle. Aaron and The Donner Group are amazing at their jobs, friendly as can be and incredibly dedicated. Our sale process was part of a relocation package, so we had the opportunity to receive a package from Aaron and another agent, and we chose Aaron. We are very happy that we made that choice. The relocation process is not easy, and he was understanding and patient with us throughout. We secured an above-asking price contract and were able to navigate the sale process to completion. Perfect! Capri was very patient and supportive during my search. And her knowledge of structures, windows, landscapes was extremely helpful. Capri went the extra mile right down to trimming a piece of trimboard so my new frig would fit!! Yes, I strongly encourage home buyers to reach out for Capri's assistance!!

Mike Mason is the most incredibly patient and honest realtor I have ever worked with. He helped us buy a home in Lenexa, Ks while we lived in California. We relied on his judgement and his eyes for every detail. He went and did a zoom walk through for every home we wanted to see. He looked up each property before going to see it so we could know the back story before seeing it. His attention to detail probably saved us from buying a home that needed more renovation than we wanted to do, or that we financially wanted to manage. He gave us every fact, and allowed us to decide if we should make an offer or not. He didn't push us to get it done.. he worked with us for well over 6 months. Patient.... did I mention how patient and kind he is? He helped guide us through the whole process...He helped us find a lender, he helped us with the paperwork, he worked nights and weekends for us. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and his personal integrity. I would be really happy to refer Mike Mason to as many friends and family as I can. He is good people!!!!!!!!!

The whole process went better than my wildest dreams. Sold within a week of going on the market, had multiple offers and the Donner Group walked me through the process every step of the way. I had moved to another state and they were on top of everything and had to do more than normal because I wasn't there. They were very professional, went the extra mile as far as cleaning and checking on things and I would recommend them highly.
